At Midwest Prime Meats, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our products. If you receive an order that does not meet our freshness guarantee, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


Because our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are happy to provide a replacement of the affected item(s).
