About Us

At MWP Meats, quality isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.

Founded and proudly owned by Giatano DiVitorrio, a Geneva, IL-born father of two, MWP Meats is a true family business built on hard work, tradition, and a passion for bringing people together over great food. Giatano personally oversees every step of the process, from hand-cutting steaks, chops, and poultry to carefully packing each order for delivery.

At Midwest Prime Meats, we believe people deserve to know more about the food they’re feeding their families.

Our premium beef products are sourced through a trusted private Midwest farm network focused on quality, ethical raising practices, and nutrient-dense beef production.

We carefully select products that align with our standards for quality, flavor, and responsible sourcing — because what you eat matters.

What Makes Our Beef Different

• 100% grass-fed and grass-finished
• Raised on open pasture
• No added hormones
• No unnecessary antibiotics
• Frozen for freshness and quality preservation
• Sourced through trusted Midwest farming partners

Why Grass-Finished Matters

Not all “grass-fed” beef is truly grass-finished.

Many cattle labeled grass-fed are transitioned to grain-based feed later in the process. Our premium beef products come from cattle raised on a consistent grass-based diet from start to finish.

This creates beef that is:

• Naturally leaner
• Rich in omega-3 fatty acids
• Higher in CLA’s and antioxidants
• Cleaner tasting with a rich, natural beef flavor

Our Commitment

Midwest Prime Meats is committed to sourcing high-quality products from trusted agricultural partners who prioritize animal care, responsible farming practices, and food integrity.

As a private distributor, certain sourcing relationships remain proprietary; however, we proudly stand behind the quality of every box we offer.

We’re proud to serve families across the Midwest with premium meats delivered with honesty, care, and old-school customer service.
